RETURN & EXCHANGE

Here at Hair Collections, our mission is to provide you with fully functioning lace wigs that are manufactured to a high standard of quality and are hand selected to ensure the best premium 100% virgin hair available. Quality and customer satisfaction is very important to us. We inspect all our lace wigs prior to supplying or fitting our customers to ensure that they meet your specification and our high-quality assurance standards. We understand our customer is making an investment when purchasing one of our units and want to ensure that your experience with Hair Collections is so splendid that it leaves you to return again and again.

Due to sanitary reasons we do not accept returns or exchanges on any of our units that have been worn, styled, or where the lace or hair has been cut or products have been applied to the unit such as glue or hair products etc. We will offer refunds if the terms below are met:

1. The lace wig is in its original condition and packaging when it was sold to you.

For returns, we only accept returns from shipping companies such as: your local postal service, DHL, USPS and UPS.

The Return value should be approx £10 GBP or $15 USD in order to reduce the costs of taxes and import charges. The description of goods Should be ‘Returned Unit’.

Kindly include your full name and order number in the package.

Please return goods within 28 days of receipt.

When applying or removing your full lace wig always follow the care instructions that are given with your purchase. We will not be responsible for lace wigs that are ripped, torn or damaged by the customer after purchase. Lace wig units that are ripped or torn by the customer are not subject to an exchange or refund.
